⚠️ Important Print Settings (Read Before Printing)

This model features a precise screw-thread mechanism and a perfectly balanced spherical base.

To ensure the parts screw together flawlessly and the bottom remains perfectly round for a smooth wobble effect, you must use Bambu Studio on your PC and verify these settings (Bambu Handy default profiles might ignore them):

Z-Hop Settings (Crucial for Thread Precision): Go to Filament Settings -> Setting overrides tab:

• Enable Retraction length and set it to 1.0 mm (or your reliable direct-drive value).
• Enable Z-hop when retracting and set it to 0.4 mm.
• Enable Z-hop type and select Spiral from the dropdown menu. This prevents the nozzle from scarring the threads or dragging on the overhangs of the sphere.

Cooling & Temperature (For Perfect Geometry): In the same Filament Settings, go to the Cooling tab:

• Make sure Overhang fan speed is set to 100%. Insufficient cooling will warp the round bottom, completely ruining the roly-poly action.

Filament Condition: Make sure your filament is completely dry.

Wet plastic will cause stringing inside the threads, making it impossible to assemble, and will drastically weaken the inner walls under the heavy load.

⚙️ Assembly & Wobble Effect Setup: No need to pause your print! Follow these simple steps after printing:

1. Print the cat body and the threaded base.
2. Drop 50–60 grams of fishing lead weights (or any other heavy material) inside the open base cavity.
3. Pack a small piece of paper napkin or tissue tightly over the weights so they don’t rattle inside.
4. Simply screw the Cat body onto the base and enjoy your perfect roly-poly!

Recommended Print Settings:

• Layer Height: 0.16mm - 0.20mm.
• Wall Loops: 3 (for good durability and thread strength).
• Infill: 10% - 15% (Gyroid).
