Summary

Hello, this is my design of respirator which can be easily printable, uses less material. It´s meant to be disposable because of rough surface created by FDM printing, I don´t recommend using the mask more than 1 time if you can´t properly wash it, filters are meant to be used once then safely thrown away.

This design is printed flat then you need to bend it and sew it. You can add 3M textile tape over the holes from inside/outside. Inspired by opensourcemask.com

Filter: based on Cambridge study ~95% filtration, 100% cotton material, cotton pads, kitchen towel (if you have surgical face mask, you can use it instead of kitchen towel)

You can add padding around the nose if it hurts while wearing with (if you don´t have any padding material you can use cotton covered by tape)
If the mask doesn´t fit your face, just put it under 70°C water, then pull it out and press it gently at your face in order to form it.

Notes:                     

Your first layer needs to be pitch-perfect. Don´t worry about overhangs, any good cooling duct should do it just fine.

When printing Filter column use small brim (5 perimeter)
