đ Why this adapter was created
This adapter was created because an older, narrow phone holder was already installed in a tractor, but my iPhone 15 Pro Max no longer fit into it
Instead of replacing the entire holder, I wanted to build a solution that fits into the existing holder and simultaneously makes it more modern
The adapter accommodates the round Anker Zolo Qi charging puck. The charging puck sits flush at the front of the adapter and is secured from the back by a screw plug. This ensures the puck is neatly and securely in the holder, without rattling loosely or sliding out to the front

The adapter features:
⢠a flush receptacle for the Anker Zolo Qi-Puck
⢠a screw plug for rear fixation
⢠a cable guide
⢠an integrated, breakable support structure within the tube
⢠a prepared print orientation with the back on the print bed
đ¨ď¸ Printing instructions
⢠Material: PETG recommended
⢠Layer height: 0.20 mm
⢠Print orientation: Back on the print bed, tube facing upwards
⢠Slicer support: off
⢠The necessary support is already included as geometry in the model
⢠After printing, carefully break out the inner support ring
⢠Check the thread and seat of the plug once before final assembly

The Anker Zolo Qi-Puck is not printed and is not included
Please check before printing whether your charging puck matches the dimensions. The adapter was designed for the round Anker Zolo Qi charging puck
𧊠Note on the support ring
The included support ring is a deliberately planned disposable support ring
It is not part of the finished component and is removed after printing. This ring replaces normal slicer support on the critical tube geometry
