Description
💡 [Design Inspiration] Have you ever experienced the awkwardness of your electric scooter's side pedal suddenly "disappearing"? Many electric scooters (such as Yadea, Ninebot, NIU, etc.) have original pedals fixed with ordinary screws, which can easily loosen or even break off after long periods of bumpy riding. I myself have found many riders in my community who have experienced the same issue. To completely solve this problem, I redesigned this reinforced replacement pedal.

✨ [Model Highlights]
- Real-world road verification: This model has undergone 3 months of road testing in actual commuting environments without any loosening or abnormal noise.
- Anti-slip and wear-resistant design: The surface features raised textures to enhance foot grip, making it less prone to slipping in the rain.
- Strong versatility: As long as the mounting hole distance and pipe diameter are suitable, it can be widely adapted to mainstream electric scooters and skateboards on the market.
🛠️ [Hardware and Installation Suggestions]
- Core component: It is highly recommended to use M4*20 self-tapping screws for fixation. This is key to preventing future loosening!
Installation method: Align directly with the original vehicle bracket holes, tighten with a screwdriver, and the installation process takes less than 2 minutes.

🖨️ [Print Parameter Suggestions] As an outdoor stress-bearing part, it is recommended to refer to the following parameters for optimal strength:
- Recommended filament: PETG or ABS (with good layer adhesion, toughness, and outdoor weather resistance; ordinary brittle PLA is not recommended).
- walls (Wall Loops): It is recommended to set 3 layers or more.
- Infill: 20% - 40%.
- Infill pattern: Recommended to use Gyroid
- Placement and supports: It is recommended to place the side with anti-slip texture facing up (or sideways).
🤝 [Community Interaction] If you successfully print and install it, welcome to share photos in the comment section and leave your electric scooter brand and model to help more riders confirm compatibility! If you have other size requirements, feel free to leave a comment for discussion.
