- Impact Optimization: Configured with 5 perimeter walls (3.1 mm solid shell) and a 35% Gyroid infill density to maximize structural integrity and shock absorption against high-impact road abuse.
- Extrusion Control: Flow dynamics are restricted to a 3.6 mm³/s maximum volumetric ceiling, paired with synchronized mechanical print speeds between 30 and 45 mm/s to eliminate backpressure jams.
- Thermal Management: Dialed in at 220°C nozzle and 55°C bed temperatures to secure absolute first-layer adhesion on textured PEI plates while minimizing material stringing.
- Support Integration: Features optimized Tree Organic supports utilizing a wide 0.3 mm Top Z interface gap and 0.5 mm spacing, coupled with disabled ironing, to guarantee clean, effortless part separation.
