Milwaukee kneepads support

I use Milwaukee stabilizer performance kneepads for work. They're one of my favorite kneepads, but there is one big issue with them: they keep slipping down and never stay in place. You almost have to tighten them really tight to make them somehow stay in place, but that would make my knees uncomfortable. So my solution is to design this kneepad support to keep my kneepad in place and still be able to move freely without tightening the kneepad strap. This design should work on most other brand kneepads that have a similar design to Milwaukee ones.
