Description
Locking Hose Clamp for various applications exerting a solid amount of force
My 15% PETG print takes some serious stress in both directions:
Showing no signs of failure when clamping a rigid object on the last pinion or when opened up to 30mm (pictures 2 - 3)
The resting distance between the jaws is 8mm
My personal use case was succesfully clamping a hydraulic brake hose.
Possible optimization: Fillets on outer edges, accounting for the shift in jaw angle when closed
