🌱 Story Behind the Slug Fortress

After buying new vegetable seedlings twice, I kept waking up to find them eaten overnight by slugs.

Eventually I had enough and decided to design my own solution.

That’s how the Slug Fortress was born — a compact protected bait station tested directly in real garden conditions.

Now the vegetables finally have a fighting chance 🐌🏰🌱

🎯 How It Works

Place slug bait or attractant inside the protected center holder beneath the roof cover.

Successfully tested with:
🧀 Cheese
🥓 Salami
🍖 Other strong-smelling food bait

Slugs follow the directional tunnel entrances toward the attractant and pass through the protected bait zone before reaching the food source.

The enclosed design helps keep the bait area protected from rain and garden debris while maintaining easy slug access.
