Plug-It Adapter for Menzer ETS 150 sander

Festool Plug-it adapter for Menzer ETS 150.2 / 150.5 sander.
This model allows for simple, clean, and reversible use of a Festool Plug-it cable on the Menzer sander.

The adapter is based on Festool spare part 489927: Amazon - B0058HVUCM. This part corresponds to the Festool 230V socket housing used on several Plug-it compatible Festool machines.

The model was printed in PLA CF Bambu Lab.
The assembly is designed for plug-and-play installation, with minimal wiring intervention: simply cut and then re-solder the live and neutral cables. The operation is 100% reversible, provided the original cable is re-soldered.

Safety Note

The Menzer ETS 150.2 / 150.5 sander is a Class 1 appliance with an earth connection via its standard plug.
Festool Plug-it cables are ungrounded and designed for Class 2 appliances. I have not experienced any problems in use with the adapter, but this modification should be done with full awareness of the implications.

Printing Notes

The model's tolerances are intentionally very tight to ensure a secure fit for the Plug-it connector.
Removing supports may require light deburring to ensure a correct, gap-free closure.

• 2 M4 countersunk screws.
• 2 M4 nuts.
• Heat-shrink tubing to insulate electrical connections.
