Repair your broken key with a reinforced shell and superior grip thanks to Fuzzy Skin.

I designed this replacement shell for those who, like me, found themselves with the original Fiat/Lancia group (500, Grande Punto, etc.) shell broken or worn. Instead of spending exorbitant amounts for an original spare part, I redesigned it focusing on mechanical resistance.

Tolerances have been calibrated to a tenth of a millimeter to ensure that the electronic board and battery fit snugly without "wobbling" inside. I have provided two versions: a classic smooth one and an optimized one with Fuzzy Skin for those seeking better tactile feel and wanting to hide layer lines.

  • Compatibility: Tested on Fiat 500, Grande Punto, Bravo and Lancia models with flip key.
  • Reinforced Design: Thickened walls in critical points where the original plastic usually fails.
  • Grip Version: Specific profile to activate the non-slip textured finish.

I strongly recommend 0.2 mm. With the 0.4 mm nozzle, the details of the internal interlocking parts might require manual cleaning with a scalpel - Use PETG or ABS/ASA. Absolutely avoid PLA: in summer, inside a car or under the sun, PLA deforms and the key would become unusable.
