IKEA TJUSIG Hanger Wall Mount Insert (Replacement)

Replacement for the small white plastic keyhole insert on the back of the IKEA TJUSIG wall/door hanger (article 18700). The original part is a press-fit insert that sits in the wooden hanger and slides over a screw head in the wall.

Mine cracked after years of use, and IKEA doesn't sell the inserts separately. This is a printable replacement.

Specifications

• Outer diameter (ridge tips): 19.9 mm (designed) / ~19.4 mm (printed)
• Inner recess: 17 mm × 8 mm deep
• Back wall: 2 mm thick
• Total height: 10 mm
• Keyhole: 9 mm hole + 5 mm slot — fits screws with head ≤ 8 mm, shank ≤ 4 mm
• 4 triangular ridges for press-fit grip

Tested fit: Wooden hole inner diameter 19.2 mm. The ridges compress slightly on insertion for a snug fit.
