I just finished 3D printing and rendering one of the most iconic mascots in history: Nipper, the RCA Victor dog!
Ever wonder about the story behind the pup?
- The Real Nipper: He was a real stray from England born in 1884. He got his name because he liked to "nip" at peopleâs heels!
- The Painting: After his first owner passed away, Nipper was seen tilting his head at a phonograph, seemingly listening for his late masterâs voice.
- The Icon: His image became the global symbol for "fidelity"âsound so clear, it could even fool a dog.
Itâs amazing to take a piece of history from 1884 and recreate it with 2026 technology! đ ď¸â¨
