Description
Bring a natural stone look to your enclosure with this Stacked Rock Igloo. This model mimics the appearance of stacked natural stones, creating a realistic cave shelter that blends beautifully into bioactive setups. Perfect as a hide for reptiles, amphibians, isopods, or simply as a decorative hardscape element.
You can resize the model to your own preferences.
If intended for aquarium use, it must be printed with at least 75% infill to reduce buoyancy. The exact infill % required may vary depending on the material used (e.g., PLA, PETG, ABS). Optionally, to keep the model submerged, you can attach external weight (e.g., glue a stone to the base), secure it to the aquarium with adhesive, or create a small hole to allow water in and eliminate trapped air.
Used print options:
- 0.16mm layer height
- 2 walls
- 10% Adaptive Cubic infill
- Special Tree Support setting for 0.16mm layer height to give flawless supports
