20mm Pipe Swivel Caster Shelf Special-shaped Accessories

1 20mm pipe 3-way base, this base can accommodate specific size swivel casters at the bottom (dimensions shown in the image above), for 20mm diameter pipes, with screw mounting points, considering the potential use of hard materials like galvanized pipes, the design uses M4.2*20 self-drilling screws.

2 20mm pipe 4-way divider, for 20mm diameter pipes, with screw points for layer height fixing and side pipe fixing, screw type as above.

3 20mm pipe auxiliary positioning ring, can be used for insertion depth positioning, layer height positioning, layer height fixing, etc, designed for M4*10 round head flat tail screws. This accessory is optional!

Note: In application examples, readily available standard tees and elbows are common, frequently used, and easily purchasable accessories, so 3D printable versions were not initially provided (two types of layered tees and elbows have since been provided in subsequent updates); the designed insertion diameter for 20mm pipes is 20.6mm, printed with A1 mini and H2S using PETG, perfectly compatible with PVC 20 pipes; galvanized, iron, stainless steel, and other pipe materials have not been tested.

5/11 Update: Added 2 types of 20mm pipe layered tees, considering that using hard pipe materials like galvanized, iron, or stainless steel pipes with universal 3-way connectors requires frequent cutting and measurement. This custom tee is a pass-through type, eliminating the need for frequent cutting and measurement.
