Description
Replacement belt/vest clip for the Motorola VB400 Body Camera.
Designed as a durable printable replacement for damaged or worn original clips. Printed successfully in PCTG for improved toughness, flexibility, and impact resistance compared to standard PETG.
Print Recommendations
- Material: PCTG
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
Walls: 4–6
- Infill: 100%
- Nozzle: 250–265°C
- Bed: 75–90°C
- Cooling: Low fan speed
Notes
- 100% infill was used for maximum strength and durability.
- Print orientation is important for clip flexibility and layer strength.
- PCTG provides excellent layer adhesion and impact resistance for repeated daily use.
- Depending on printer tolerances, minor sanding or cleanup may be required for perfect fitment.
Tested fit on the VB400 mounting system.
