Stacking box - Pharmacy - AMS

I have completely redrawn the box, so there might be some slightly changed radii compared to the original model in the area of the grip recesses. The stackability of the boxes is not affected by this - regardless of whether you use the original model or my pharmacy model.

To reduce the print time for “227 filament change times” in a P1S with AMS, I connected the filament buffer with short PTFE tubes. How this works can be seen in this model: AMS Buffer Holder - Filament Change Optimization

This reduced the print time from 09 hours and 25 minutes to 07 hours and 23 minutes.

A box without lettering and without 227 filament changes is usually printed in 1 hour and 20 minutes. :-)

The model is “solid”, as in “full material”, and must be printed in “vase mode”, i.e., “hollow”.

These settings are important in the Slicer:

Walls (Wall Loops): “3" or "4” (thicker provides more stability) - I personally like “4”

Top Shell Layers: “0”

Bottom Shell Layers: “5” with 0.2mm Layer (or Thickness to 1mm)

Infill: “0%”

Please look at the preview carefully, it makes no sense to print a completely filled box. :-)
