For my 100th upload I wanted to revisit my most popular model, my Mechanical Chomping Sharpedo. This time around, I've applied the same principles to it's pre-evolved piranha form: Carvanha! His jaws slam shut when the bottom fin is pushed up into the body. This was one of the more difficult mechanical pokemon models to design. Figuring out how to retract a massive lower jaw into a small body and not collide with the gear assembly took multiple prototypes, but I'm very happy with the results! The parts of this model are also separated by color meaning it can be printed without an AMS! The only non-printed part is a compression spring (5 mm ID X 0.4-0.5 mm thick X 15-25 mm long). As always, I've uploaded some assembly instructions.
