Description

A non-powered acoustic speaker stand for near-field desk listening.
It is designed to direct your phone’s speaker sound toward you for near-field desk listening, especially for podcasts, audiobooks, and other spoken content.

Features

  • No power required
  • Designed for near-field listening
  • Slit-shaped horn opening
  • Approx. 20-degree upward angle
  • Split version also included, requires no support

Intended Use

This model is intended for desk listening, especially for spoken content such as podcasts and audiobooks.

It is not designed to make the sound loud enough for a wide area.
Instead, it aims to direct the phone speaker sound toward the listener and reduce muddy reflections from the desk or nearby wall.

Notes

This model is not suitable for watching videos while using the phone, because the lower 3–4 cm of the screen may be hidden.

It works with smartphones that have speakers on the short edge, either at the top or bottom.

The stand area is 80 × 25 mm.
It was tested with an iPhone 13 mini in a flip-style case.

Files

  • Original version (one-piece)
  • Split version, no support required

The one-piece version may require internal support depending on your print environment.
