E-27 Universal Fixing Retaining Rings

The kit includes three different configurations to suit every mounting need:

1. Top Retaining Ring (Upper Ring): Features a wider flange for even load distribution on the lampshade.
2. Bottom Retaining Ring (Lower Ring): A compact design, ideal for tight spaces or as a lock nut.
3. Z-Scalable Spacer Ring (Spacer Ring): A versatile component designed to be scaled on the Z-axis directly in your slicer. It is perfect for compensating for thickness differences between the lamp holder and the lamp structure.

Organization of Print Plates

To facilitate your printing experience, the file is organized into 3 distinct plates:

• Plate 1: Top Ring – Includes the upper retaining ring with a knurled finish for easy manual screwing.
• Plate 2: Bottom Ring – Includes the low-profile bottom retaining ring.
• Plate 3: Universal Spacer – A neutral ring. Tip: unlock proportions in your slicer and increase the height (Z-axis) to get the exact thickness you need.

Printing Tips

• Material: PETG (recommended choice for thermal resistance) or PLA (only for cool LED bulbs).
• Layer height: 0.12mm

• For a successful print it is mandatory to use the Bambulab glue stick or liquid glue on the build plate.
