Description

🛠️ Overview

I designed this mount because I wanted a way to attach my SureFire HL1 helmet light to my ARC rails without the bulk of standard adapters. I needed something that felt like it belonged on the helmet—minimalist, rock-solid, and completely stable during movement. It fits tight and ensures your light stays exactly where you need it.

⚙️ Print Settings

I highly recommend printing this in a material that can handle being outdoors and under the sun, like ABS, ASA, or PETG. To make sure it stands up to any abuse, I printed mine with 4 walls and 100% infill. The best part is the design is optimized to print perfectly without any supports.

🔦 Usage

Installation is straightforward. Simply slide the mount onto your helmet's ARC rail and click your SureFire HL1 light into place. It is designed for a friction fit that won't wiggle or rattle while you are on the move.

I hope this helps you clean up your kit and keep your gear organized. If you find this mount useful, I would really appreciate it if you could take a second to leave a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review and share a photo of your setup!
