Waveshare ESP32-S3 Amoled 2.06 900mAh Case

6/6/26 Update- opened mounting holes for screws as clearance was too tight to clear the screw heads.

The Waveshare Amoled 2.06 watch comes with a 400mAh battery but wanted something bigger. I was able to find a 900mAh battery with close to the same footprint, just thicker. I designed the case to be printed and allow the new battery by only making it about 4.5mm taller. The new case uses the existing hardware (screws and band) but the speaker must be removed. It simply takes up too much room, the wires can be cut at the pcb.

I printed the case upside down with tree supports to get the best outside finish. Must use ARACHNE walls as some are too thin for classic wall generation. The push buttons print separate and are inserted after printing in the same style as the existing case.
