Rack, pinion / gear & bracket for SG90 servo (7cm)

SG90-compatible rack and pinion mechanism with integrated rail and servo bracket, designed for linear actuation projects. Moves to up to 7cm in one direction with a SG90.

• Rack - 110 mm long, module 2, T-profile cross-section (head: 6.3 mm wide × 2 mm, stem: 3.4 mm wide × 1.5 mm)
• Pinion - 40 mm pitch diameter, 20 teeth, module 2, 3.4 mm thick — spline bore for SG90 shaft with M2 set screw hole
• Rail + bracket - 120 mm rail with dovetail slot, servo bracket fits 22.5 mm servo body, ear holes Ø 2.6 mm

All parts are designed to fit together. The pinion engages the rack directly; the bracket holds the SG90 aligned with the rail. Print in any material (PLA is fine for this, really), 0.2 mm layer height.
