Nozzle Storage for MIM TPU Feed Assist System
Print Profile(2)

Bill of Materials
Description
Hey everyone! I designed these nozzle holders for my TPU Feed Assist ecosystem.
They fit plug-and-play into the existing wraparound holders for my version of the module!

I've decided to post these new parts as remixable again, hence the separate model upload instead of profiles in the main post,
which has a standard license without remixes.
I could imagine that other mounts, or a combination of normal nozzles and Vortek nozzles, could also be made with these objects,
so I wanted to offer you this possibility.
I'm providing you with three different versions of the inserts here.

Please note that the H2 wraparound mount differs from the P2/X2 version not only in its mounting method.
Due to the different radius at the edge of the device, the overall shape is slightly different in each case.
Therefore, the two inserts had to be slightly different, even though they are compatible with the same nozzles.

Please be careful to print the correct version! I have clearly marked this in the print plate labeling in the profiles.
And then there's a Vortek version that only fits the H2 variant of the wraparound holder!

The parts you see above were all printed with the TPU Feed Assist Module and a .6 nozzle. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves!
The line roughly halfway up the parts isn't a printing error; the model is slightly thicker at this point to ensure a zero-tolerance fit against the wraparound mount only in the upper section.
In addition to the slightly more demanding TPU 85A profile, I'm also providing a 95A version.

Both versions work very well.

I appreciate your feedback and am open to suggestions and requests!
Best regards, Simon, MiM
