THE MODEL :

Bring historical depth to your interior with this masterful wall shelf featuring a flamboyant Gothic design. This model stands out with its openwork pediment inspired by medieval stained glass and support brackets richly carved with organic motifs. It is the perfect stage for your most treasured items: ancient journals, crystal bottles, or collectible figurines. The matte black finish provides a noble and timeless aura, transforming any wall into a piece of a sophisticated gallery.

Proven print settings :

  • Material : Matte Black PLA.
  • Infill : 10% (recommended to ensure structural stability for fine details); can be increased up to 20% for improved overall rigidity.
  • Nozzle : 0.4 mm.

Maker's Tip : This console is most effective above a dark wood desk or in a reading nook. For a dramatic effect, pair it with gold or brass accessories; the matte black will make every metallic glint pop while highlighting the fine detail of the sculpture.

INFORMATION:

A common question is: why do these prints require supports when they could be printed lying flat?

For my designs, I deliberately choose to print them standing upright rather than flat, in order to achieve the best possible level of detail. I prioritize visual quality over saving a few grams of filament.

Of course, you are free to change the print orientation in your slicer if you prefer.
