This profile is a major upgrade to the original Rodin coil framework, optimized for easy printing, perfect assembly, and structural integrity.The file contains 4 print plates and includes both variants you might need, depending on the type of electromagnetic experiments you are planning.&nbsp;What&#39;s new in V2:<ul><li>Split Design: Both the 4mm and 6mm toroids are sliced perfectly at the equator. This provides a perfectly smooth surface inside the grooves on both hemispheres. Note: You will only need minimal supports for the small downward-pointing tips (islands) where the grooves intersect to form diamond shapes along the cut line.</li><li>Dowel Joint System: Assembly can be done using the included printed dowel pins, ensuring alignment of the winding channels.</li><li>Reinforced Structure: I reverted the wall loops and infill density to their default, stronger values. The frame is now highly rigid and fully capable of withstanding the mechanical tension of tightly wound copper wire.</li></ul>Included Variants:<ol><li>4mm Groove Variant (High Frequency &amp; Resonance): Ideal for thinner wire. I recommend using a tightly twisted bundle of 4 wires (0.5 mm - 0.6 mm diameter).</li><li>6mm Groove Variant (Power &amp; Intense Magnetic Field): Allows for thicker wires or multiple bundles. I recommend using a twisted bundle of 4 to 6 wires (0.7 mm - 0.8 mm diameter).</li></ol>Essential Tips for Assembly &amp; Winding:<ul><li>Assembly &amp; Dowel Pins: Due to 3D printing tolerances, the dowel pins might be a tight fit. Using them is entirely optional! You can simply align the two halves and glue them together. If you choose to use the pins, you don&#39;t need to insert all of them—just 3 spaced around the perimeter are enough for alignment. To make them fit easier, you can lightly sand the pins, slightly enlarge the holes, or gently heat the plastic. Ultimately, don&#39;t stress too much about the glue joint: once you start winding, the tight copper bundles will act as a structural clamp, permanently securing the two halves together.</li><li>Use Twisted Bundles (Litz-style wire): Because the grooves have a concave (round) bottom, laying wires flat side-by-side (like a ribbon) is mechanically difficult and will cause overlapping at the intersections. Twist your wires together using a drill at low speed to create a single, round &#34;cable&#34;. This round bundle will naturally seat perfectly along the curved bottom of the grooves and neutralize lateral pressure.</li><li>The Continuity Method (Wiring): Do not wind individual paths! Twist all 4 (or more) wires together from the start into one single bundle. Wind this bundle through the grooves to fill the frame. Once finished, connect the wires in series (connect an &#34;Out&#34; to an &#34;In&#34;) to create the parasitic capacitance (Tesla effect). Use a multimeter on the continuity setting to ensure you are soldering different wires together and avoid creating closed loops/shorts.  </li></ul>

This is a mathematically precise torus frame designed specifically for winding a Rodin Coil. Whether you are experimenting with vortex mathematics, electromagnetism, scalar waves, or free energy, this frame takes the frustration out of wire winding. Recommended Print Settings (Bambu Studio / Orca Slicer):<ul><li>Layer Height: 0.20 mm (or 0.28 mm if you want a faster print).</li><li>Wall Loops: 2 (Do not use 1, the groove edges need to be strong enough to hold the wire tension).</li><li>Infill: 5% - 8% Gyroid (Saves filament while providing great structural strength).</li><li>Supports: Yes. Highly recommend using Tree Supports set to &#34;On build plate only&#34;.</li><li>Pro Tip: Use the Support Painting (Blocker) tool to paint the bottom grooves red. This prevents tree branches from growing inside the wire channels, leaving them perfectly clean after support removal!</li></ul>Happy winding and experimenting!
