Description
Remixable CAD file set for 3D printable battery holder.
To be used with HTC Vive Pro VR headset wireless adapter.
Holds original battery between the wireless adapter and the overhead cushion strap.
Hardware needed:
3pcs M2x6mm socket-head cap screws
4pcs M2.5x6mm socket-head cap screws
4pcs threaded M2.5x4.5x4.5mm heat-set threaded inserts
3D prints with approx. 60 grams of material at 10% infill.
Files include STEP file variants for the 3D printables with and without finishing fillets. Import the "without" file for easy remixing. There's also a STEP file with the complete assembly including battery.
The “cover" part has a spring clip best printed sideways for strength, as in the 3MF file.
