Universal Phone Holder for KLICKfix – remix including German Instructions

What's new in this remix?

I have optimized the model specifically for use on bicycles with a KLICKfix adapter:

  • New Design: Complete in-house development of the KLICKfix mount including the ball for connection to the phone holder
  • Optimization: The position of the ball socket on the phone holder itself has been adjusted to improve the center of gravity and alignment
  • Bambu Slicer Profile: I have created a pre-configured, easy-to-print file (3MF) for Bambu Studio / MakerWorld
  • German Instructions: I have translated the original assembly instructions (PDF) from Chinese to German and included them as a download, so that assembly runs smoothly

Proven Features of the Model

  • Infinitely adjustable: The holder can be adjusted to the width of most common smartphones via the printed thread
  • 360° Flexibility: Thanks to the ball joint, the position and tilt can be freely chosen at any time
  • Secure Hold: Perfectly and quickly mounted thanks to KLICKfix

Required Accessories (Hardware)

To complete the model, the following standard parts (from hardware stores/internet) are required:

  • 1x Screw with Nut: M4 x 45 mm
  • 2x O-Ring: approx. 23 x 3.1 x 16.8 mm (slight deviations in dimensions are possible)
  • 4x Anti-Slip Adhesive Pads: approx. 10 x 3 mm
  • 2x Compression Spring (Optional): 7 x 25 mm

Printing Recommendations

For use on a bicycle (weather, UV radiation, vibrations) I recommend the following materials:

  • Material: ABS is highly recommended. Alternatively, PETG is also very suitable
  • All other print settings are already stored in my attached print profile!
