Description

Rod Storage Delete Plate (Blind)  for Hobie Pro Angler 14

Purpose-built blind delete plate to replace the factory rod storage opening on the Hobie Pro Angler 14, providing a clean, sealed finish with no pass-through.

Designed to sit flush with the kayak surface, it reuses the factory mounting pattern for a straightforward install while fully closing off the opening. This makes it ideal for setups where the rod port is no longer needed and a sealed, low-profile solution is preferred.

Includes a dedicated gasket model—print it in TPU to create a reliable seal between the plate and the kayak, helping prevent water intrusion and reduce vibration.

Perfect for simplifying your layout, eliminating unused openings, and keeping the deck clean and functional.

Notes:

  • Can be installed on either side (port or starboard)
  • Plate: print in a weather-resistant material (ABS or ASA recommended)
  • Gasket: print in TPU (flexible)
  • Designed specifically for the Hobie Pro Angler 14 rod storage opening
  • Reuses factory screws to mount the plate

Clean finish. Solid seal. No openings.
