Description
Large Caliper based on a classic SHINWA 300mm steel rule
Have you ever wanted to know the size of an object where a regular caliper doesn't reach or isn't long enough Look no further
- The only thing that needs to be glued is the dovetail
- The tool is printed without supports
- The steel rule CAN be glued but can also just be placed on the tool for temporary use
- The back piece is optional to glue in place, the tool can be used without it
NOTE: Pictures of the finished tool are of version 1, the uploaded .3mf is version 2, slightly reinforced
Due to individual settings and calibrations of your printer, SOME surfaces MAY need to be shaved/scraped with a razor blade
The tool is designed with tight tolerances for accuracy
