Meticulously modeled in Fusion 360, this design captures the feline look of the front fascia, featuring the iconic elongated headlights and aggressive lower grille. It is engineered to bring a touch of European automotive style to your home while serving as a heavy-duty organizational tool.

• Precision Fusion 360 Engineering: The model is optimized for high-quality FDM printing, ensuring that the distinctive curves and body lines of the 206 are sharp and accurate.
• Integrated Keyslot Mount: The rear of the model includes a built-in keyslot (keyhole) mechanical mount. This allows the holder to slide securely over a wall-mounted screw for a clean, professional, and completely invisible installation—far more secure than simple adhesives.
• Reinforced Functional Hooks: The dual hooks are integrated into the front splitter design, reinforced to easily handle the weight of multiple heavy keyrings for daily use.

Printing & Material Advice

• Recommended Material: PETG. To ensure the structural integrity of the hooks and the mechanical mounting slot, PETG is highly recommended. As shown in the preview (Grey PETG), it provides the necessary impact resistance and durability for a functional household item.
• Layer Height: 0.16mm - 0.2mm for an optimal balance between smooth surface curves and printing time.
• Infill: 20% (Gyroid or Grid) for solid internal strength, especially around the wall-mounting area.
• Supports: Minimal supports are recommended for the front air intake overhangs and the internal keyslot cavity.

Assembly Instructions

1. Print: Use Grey PETG for a professional, metallic automotive look and maximum strength.
2. Wall Prep: Install a standard screw into your wall with a proper anchor, leaving the screw head protruding approximately 3-5mm.
3. Mount: Align the integrated keyslot on the back of the Peugeot with the screw head and slide it downward until it locks firmly into place.
