PTFE Gantry Mount Dock for Kobra X

I created a PTFE-Dock for the Kobra X to clipse the on Gantry when the Spools are seperated from the Printer. It can be used on both Sides. The Printhead has enough space to print Models to max height without colliding with the Dock.

It is fully functional and hold really strong. I printed it without support or Brim with PETG on the Kobra X. Bed temperature on 80°. But you can print it in PLA, too.

In the first model i tried the first time to create a two color Model, but it could work a bit better. The first Model is without threats.

It is created for the P4-M6 pnematic connectors

The threats and the Numbers are added correct, so the print works two colored.

Here i refined the threats. No they should go easier to screw in.

Here i added P4-M10 pneumatic conectors for both sides of the Block. The inside of the Block is build to put the PTFE Tubes from each side in the Block until the hoses touch at the end.

P4-M10 pneumatic connectors on one side and the Tubes can bepushed through the Block.

VERY IMPORTANT!

Please check the length of your PTFE tubes. It is absolutely necessary the printhead could reach every position while printing, without get stopped by short tube length.

Else it may damage your Printhead.

Option 1:

Mounting at the right gantry with the P4-M10 pneumatic connectors on the Printhead side. No connectors on the Filament Spool side.

Option 2:

Mounting on the left gantry with the P4-M10 pneumatic connectors on the Filament Spool side. No connectors on the Printhead side.
