Description

My son recently started his journey on an old 1984 Yamaha PW50. The original fuel cap was cracked and weathered. Someone even tried glue to repair it.
The cheap replacement ones did not fit, guessing they fit the newer models. My father in law said he found a used one but it was almost 90$ with shipping, so once again i found myself reverse-engineering to make my own spare parts!

Whipped out the 3d scanner and a few hours later i had something resembling the original part.

As goes for material, I went with PETG.
Gemini suggested PA6-CF, but i just had that in black and i wanted to try out the logotype version :)

I hope this helps someone!
I found no other STLs of this part.
