Description

This is an offset mount that allows quarter turn accessories to attach to the bike rack. The washer is optional but I would recommend it so that there's less stress on the mounting bracket.

I bought the insert kit off of Amazon (I got the Garmin version) and it has worked amazingly! I think that the other options will probably fit as well but I havent tried them personally. I'd also suggest using Threadlocker if you can to prevent the screw/nut getting loose from vibrations.

I used ASA filament for the mount body for its strength and UV resistance. Not sure how other filaments will hold up in this scenario.

For the “washer”, I used TPU 85A with the basic settings in Bambu Studio. This is an optional part to print but it will absorb a lot of the vibration and friction when the bike is moving. TPU is a bit tricky to print with but not bad if you take the time to watch Bambu's videos. You will also need a .6mm nozzle to print this due to Bambu's requirement.

When mounting the quarter-turn insert, I used the longer screws that came in the package to make sure the threads were working. Once they were good, I switched to the smaller screws.
