This is a custom-designed drain plug replacement created to solve a real leak in an inflatable hot tub.
If your original valve cap is damaged, worn out, or no longer sealing properly — this model provides a strong and simple solution.

📏 Dimensions:

• Outer diameter: 70 mm
• Inner / thread diameter: ~37 mm

⚙️ Tested Print Settings:

• Infill: 100% (solid)
• Layer height: 0.22 mm
• Walls: 3–4 perimeters
• Material: PETG or ABS recommended

👉 PLA can work short-term but is not ideal for water pressure and heat.

🛠 Printing Notes:

• Supports: YES (recommended)
• Use supports for inner overhang areas only
• Set supports to “touching build plate” / “from build plate”
• Do NOT use “everywhere” (can damage threads)
• No supports needed for outer surfaces
• Clean threads after printing if needed

🔄 Print Orientation:

• Print with threads facing up
• Focus on strength and sealing rather than visual quality

• 💡 For Best Seal:

• Use PTFE (teflon) tape on threads
• or add a rubber gasket if needed
