Daffodil wind spinner
Print Profile(1)

Description
Wind spinner that looks like lifesize daffodil. Stem, trumpet and pettals print separately. After printing use hair blow dryer or heatgun to slightly heat each petal and form/twist it gently to give it a natural bend bu holding. You can choose which side you want up top or bottom. I did bottom up as Iike pattern of the textured PEI plate better than lok of top layer, but it will work both ways. I did bend pettals to the left so it rotates clockwise, if you want it to rotate counter clockwise you can bend them to the right. After that assemble the flower by placing formed petals on the stem and fixating with trumpet. Check if it rotates well and adjust the trumpet acordingly.
P.S. I printed stem green and petals nad trumpet yellow, but it is possible to print petals and trumpet separate colours as well, for example printing petals white. For that I would suggest to put them on separate plates and print each colour separately to not waste fillament and to not need AMS.
I hope you will have as much joy as I did playing with it.
