Bigtreetech TT Furious Tourbillon Leveling Sensor (Cartographer V4) Mounting Structure
Print Profile(0)
Description
This is designed to directly replace the original TT proximity switch mounting base It has been tested with no interference If there is any, it is likely due to the cooling fan, where the air duct might deform slightly from prolonged heat exposure, causing a slight bump A soldering iron can be used to heat and adjust the air duct Additionally, ensure there is no metal near the eddy current coil, both above and below it, as much as possible
PETG is recommended, but ABS is best for printing That location has been measured to reach about 70 degrees Celsius, and PETG is also prone to heat deformation
Please understand that the model printed poorly because I used the garbage Huasu TZ3 hotend before, and it worked fine after switching back to TZ1 Huasu TZ3, absolutely do not buy it!!!!
Materials:
2 x Nylon standoff M3x15
4 x Nylon flat-head slotted screw M3x8
2 x Hex socket button head M3x14
Note that it must be nylon Metal will interfere with eddy currents Nylon is very cheap Do not go for cheaper ABS, as it is prone to heat deformation
