Bring your garden, balcony or workspace straight into a sci-fi movie with this fully customizable UFO Wind Spinner!

This isn’t just a static model… it’s alive.
Thanks to the rotating “abduction beam” powered by the wind, your UFO will spin smoothly like a mini turbine, creating a hypnotic effect that instantly grabs attention. Yes, your neighbors will stare.

The model is designed to be printed in multiple parts for maximum detail and customization. I’ve included 4 different UFO versions, so you can pick your favorite style or go full mad scientist and mix them.

💡 Color suggestion (as shown):

UFO body: grey
Dome: transparent
Aliens: green (obviously 👀)
Kidnapped human: black
Beam: white for maximum contrast

But hey… if you want a pink alien invasion, no one’s stopping you.

⚙️ Assembly (simple but satisfying):

1x threaded rod 8mm (length depends on where you install it)
1x bearing 8x22mm
3x nuts (2 to lock the bearing + 1 embedded during print)
A couple of washers 8x16mm

Once assembled, mount it wherever the wind can do its job: garden, balcony, rooftop… or anywhere you want to casually suggest alien activity.

🛠️ Print tips:

Standard PLA works, but ASA/PETG recommended for outdoor use
Use a transparent filament for the dome for best effect

How does one mount such an out of this world print?

In a rather simple way, at the end 😁, first of all, you have to insert the M8 nut during the printing break of the spacecraft, after which you just print the pallets that will be stuck on the upper and lower supports, when you get to this point with a threaded M8, you will impale the little man (locking him with two nuts above and below, at the height you want), passing inside the bearing inserted at the top of the glow, finally shoving into the nut inside I forgot, remember to print the cute "green friends" and paste it under their dome, on top of the ship for a final touch 👽
