Description

Customizable Paper Puncher with Interchangeable Inserts

A fully functional paper puncher designed for custom hole patterns and shapes. Thanks to the modular insert system, you can swap out the punching head to match any layout or design — making it perfect for crafts, bookbinding, custom notebooks, or any project that requires non-standard hole placements.

Create your own insert in 4 steps:
    1.    Find any shape you want as SVG (Google: “heart svg free”)
    2.    Upload it to the configurator (button at the top of this page)
    3.    Set the size and position
    4.    Print — ready in ~15 minutes

(Note: SVG upload currently only works on PC — this is a MakerWorld platform limitation, not something I can fix on my end. I have reported this to MakerWorld and hope they will add mobile support soon.)

Features
    •    Interchangeable insert system for custom punch patterns
    •    Sturdy spring-loaded mechanism for consistent punching force
    •    No supports required

Print Settings
    •    Material: PLA
    •    Infill: 40%
    •    Layer height: 0.2mm

Assembly
When assembling the puncher, start by pressing the handle all the way down until it bottoms out, then slowly pull it back up until it’s fully extended. This seats the spring correctly and gives it the right amount of play — if you skip this step the mechanism will feel stiff and won’t return smoothly.
Swapping Inserts
Remove the current insert, place your custom insert into the slot, and ensure it seats firmly before punching.
