🔧 The Road to Perfect Spinning: Trials & Failures

Striking the right balance between aerodynamic efficiency and structural strength was a real challenge! It took countless prototypes and a lot of filament before I figured out how to do it. As you can see in my “graveyard of failures,” earlier versions either couldn’t handle stronger gusts of wind (the blades would break), or were simply too heavy to spin even in a light breeze, or failed to capture the airflow effectively. It was a lengthy process of refining the blade angles and reinforcing the stressed areas. But all those failed prints were worth it so we could bring you the final, field-tested, and perfectly balanced version you see today. This one is made for dancing and built to last! 💪

🛠️ Print Settings & Instructions

• Material: PLA (Orange, Red, Yellow or Red-Orange Gradient Silk looks best!)
• Layer Height: 0.2mm for Flame and Axis, 0.15mm for Wood 
• Infill: 10-15% (Keep it light for better spinning)
• Walls: 2 loops
• Supports: The supports are set directly in the print profile.
