Description

Made these inserts to tighten up the legs on my printers work benches. These came from Menards. I didn't like the way the legs tightened up so if ya don't mind a little modifying this might help you out too. Just drill out or use some nippers to remove the detent that holds in the factory leg spacer. Then pull out leg and toss the square spacer you just removed the detent. Next  temporarily remove the four small round spacers at the end of the legs. Install new 3d printed  square spacer and then replace the four little round end spacers. Reinstall the leg with new spacers and tighten at desired height. There is also a 3d printed jam nut for the adjuster legs that help keep them from being wobbly too. Once all this is added and tight the tables are significantly more stable.
