I wanted to modify the original idea by thickening the walls and raising them a little.

These modifications allow the coupler not to bend but at the same time allow it to move freely vertically without hitches.
I made sure that the fit takes place in the bottom part, I gave space for movement to the front wall to prevent the “AMS” writing from creating friction.

This is my first project, I hope you will like it and be useful.

 

The installation is very simple, you have 2 methods:

  1.  just slide it along the PTFE tubes (if you don't want to remove them)
     
  2.  what I recommend, after removing the PTFE tubes, simply push the armature to its end
    In both cases pay attention to the direction of insertion, look at the images I uploaded.

UPDATE: 08/07/2024

-  Added a variant scaled to 98%, for those who want something narrower. 

      (The difference is minimal and in my tests such marginal variations also depend on the type of filament used.
      In rare cases this version may be better).

- I changed the supports, from normal to tree.
- Reduced printing time and improved print quality.

- Added print profile for A1 mini

printed awesome. the line shown I think it was my fault since the filament spool fell and there was an error. still need to see if it fits properly.

It seems like an issue only on the outside wall, but I suggest you reprint it to avoid sagging in that area

I haven't tried to put it in yet but I think that were the line is located won't affect the functionality of the part can't wait to go home and install it!
