Description

A heavy-duty holder specifically designed for rubber mallets and club hammers on IKEA Skådis boards. The cradle-style design provides a large contact surface, ensuring your heavy striking tools sit securely without wobbling.

📏 Technical Specs:

  • Front-Loading Design: The open front allows you to slide the mallet in and out forward. This means you can mount shelves or other tools directly above the holder without obstructing access.
  • Cradle Geometry: Features a rounded seat that matches the diameter of standard mallets for maximum stability.
  • Compatibility: Ideal for rubber mallets, club hammers, and other large-diameter striking tools.

🖨️ Print info:

  • Designed for FDM printing.
  • Support: Requires a small amount of support only under the Skådis hooks.

🎯 Recommended print settings:

  • Wall loops: 4
  • Infill: 20% Gyroid
  • Wall generator: Arachne
  • Material: PLA, PLA+, or PETG

💬 Note: This holder is built to handle the weight and size of mallets that don't fit in standard tool holders. Check out my matching screwdriver system and hammer holder for a complete, uniform workshop look.
