Airbox Wash Cover for Yamaha XT 600 (47N / 43F)
This Airbox Wash Cover was specifically designed for the Yamaha XT 600 models 47N and 43F. It replaces the original air filter during airbox cleaning and is securely fixed in place using the stock retaining clip. This allows the entire airbox area to be thoroughly washed or blown out without water, cleaning agents, or dirt particles entering the intake tract.

The body of the wash cover was printed on a Bambu Lab A1 Mini using PETG Basic. The sealing ring is made from TPU95A. A softer TPU is also recommended, as it conforms even better to the contours of the airbox and ensures a reliable seal. For additional protection, the sealing surface can be lightly greased before cleaning.
The wash cover is a practical tool for all XT riders who want to clean their airbox thoroughly without risking water entering the intake system.
Note: Although it provides good protection against dirt entering the intake tract, please still exercise caution when working with water, cleaning agents, or compressed air. Printing, modifying, and using this part is done at your own risk.
