CPAP Tubing Travel Bag Clips

These clips organize the ClimateLineAir heated tube inside the factory ResMed AirSense 11 travel bag. The tube otherwise springs loose, tangles, and pushes against the machine compartment. These clips fold the hose into three parallel runs so it lies flat in the accessory pocket, with the connector ends accessible without unpacking the rest of the bag.

How it works

Fold the tube back on itself twice to create three parallel sections. Slide one clip over the bundle near the bend, and the second clip near the opposite (connector) end. Three through-holes seat the ribbed profile of the ClimateLineAir tubing — friction-fit, no fasteners, no adhesive. The cuffed machine-end connector sits just outside the lower clip, which keeps the electrical contacts oriented and easy to grab.

Compatibility

• Designed and tested with the ResMed ClimateLineAir 11 heated tube (standard 2 m length).
• Designed around the stock travel bag (P/N 39200) accessory compartment dimensions.
• Not tested with the standard AirSense 11 SlimLine tube or third-party hoses; outer diameter differs and fit is not guaranteed.

Print settings

• Orientation: flat on the build plate, hole axes parallel to the bed
• Supports: none
• Filament: PLA or PETG. PETG is preferable if the bag will see a hot car.

Notes

The clips never contact the airway, so filament food-safety is not a consideration. If your tube fits loosely, scale the models down 1–2% in your slicer.
