  🔩 hardware kit:
  3× M5 heat-set nuts
  1× M5x20 screw
  1× M5x30 screw
  1× M4x40 screw
  1× M4 heat-set nut
  1x M5 threaded rod approx. 120mm as depth limiter
  🧱 Additional parts:
  3× Aluminum tube Ø20x1 mm (length depends on desired stroke, e.g., 100–150 mm)

  
  Assembly instructions:

   

  Recommended material: PETG or ABS (due to stability and temperature resistance)

  Infill: at least 10–20 %

  Wall thickness: ≥ 3 perimeters
  
  Insert Heat-Set Nuts

  1x M5 in guide hole 

  1x in clamping device 

  1x M4 depth limiter
  
  Install threaded rod for depth limitation and clamp with M4 screw

  Assemble guide tubes

  Insert aluminum tubes into the designated receptacles of the base plate

  Ideally, they should fit snugly or be lightly glued / Holes for alternative M4 screws are provided

   

  Mount slide

   

  Slide guide unit onto the tubes

  Check for smooth movement (light sanding if necessary)
  
  Attach upper holder
  Attach the upper holder onto the tubes to fix them.

• Only suitable for light to medium routing tasks
• Use safety equipment (safety glasses!)
• Check all parts for a secure fit before each use
