Description
This is my optimized anti-turbulence grid windshield, which I have gradually spent a considerable amount of time designing and testing.
The main purpose is to reduce turbulence, and this is best achieved with a low sport windshield.
The windshield is as low as possible while still providing wind protection for the upper body.
The whole windshield consists of a grid that slows down the wind while allowing some air to pass through. This reduces the vacuum behind the screen and minimizes dirty turbulence.
Instructions:
It is recommended to print the windshield in PETG so it is more resistant to summer heat.
Once the print is finished, heat the print bed to 90 °C. This softens the plastic. The windshield is then shaped inside the original windshield.
