Phanteks Eclipse 360x front Cover Modification

Description
My custom built PC uses the Phanteks Eclipse 360x case. The case has mounts for up to 5 fans. However the fans in the front of the original case are covered by a filter gauze and the whole front panel is enclosed. The airflow through the case is greatly restricted and the PC overheats. I have programmed the fans to speed up with GPU temp increase and have used amory crate software to set addressable light colour from green to red as it heats up… If it's green it's good.
I designed two panels for the front of the housing that have the same hex pattern as the back of the case. They fit snug between the lighting rails and have a very high open area.
I used Autocad to make the Array and onshape to make the 3d parts.
The front panel needs to be removed, the lighting needs to be removed and then I used the printed panels as templates to mark the back of the panel with a scribe. I used a grinder to cut the windows for these panels to fit into. I cut the windows smaller than required and a hand file to slowly sneak up to the right fit. The fit relies on a good clean cut. I also recommend sealing the cut steel with a laquer or organic zinc after cutting and filing.
