Description

There are three main components to this storage system, the "Charger Bin" which sits below the USBC charger ports and attaches to the elastic band, the "Storage Bin" which sits directly under the center storage console and the "Mid Bin" which sits between the other two bins.

The "Storage Bin" is modular in that you can print other inserts (cup holders, dividers, rail covers) to slide into the built-in rails depending on your needs.  The cup holder inserts have the word "back" embedded on the bottom of the model to indicate how to orient the insert.  The inserts are designed to be a tight fit to avoid rattling so some force is needed to install the inserts.  They should all sit below the lid of the storage bin once fully inserted.  There is also an optional cover lid that will conceal what is being stored.  The "Mid Bin" must be seated between the other two prints or it will not stay in place.  The "Charger Bin" has a back plate that is made to overlap the elastic band in the storage area to keep it from moving around.  This can be a little difficult to insert but there are finger holes to assist with installation.

All parts should be printed as they are oriented in the STL model. No supports should be needed for any of these models.  The "Charger Bin" back plate is at a 45° angle and shouldn't need supports but should include a brim to help with bed adhesion.  The cover inserts might need a brim as well.  I recommend to print in a heat-tolerant filament such as PETG to ensure the prints do not warp in the sun.

STEP files are provided to encourage additional inserts or modifications.  Please post a remix if you come up with something useful.

A huge "THANK YOU" to user cgx5000 for doing a lot of the test prints and providing excellent ideas and feedback on the overall design.
