Description
SKADIS LED Canopy (Infinity + Single) - Thermal Manta
The modular LED light for growing plants, illuminating specific areasor simply as a light for the IKEA SKADIS perforated board. Light up your kitchen wall with herbs, a microgreen station, a workbench or individual sections.
Three options in one 3MF
Single - a standalone modular light. Quick to print, simple to install.
Infinity (glued) - connects several modules into one long light strip using adhesive. A permanent, neat look.
Infinity (wedged) - the same chain, without glue. Modules lock and secure via friction. Rearrange at any time.
LED strip
Suitable for two standard LED strips up to 10 mm wide.
For plant growth: use full-spectrum strips or plant-growing strips with red (660 nm) and blue (450 nm). Cheap decorative RGB will not help with plant growth.
For decoration: any 10 mm strip will do - warm white, RGB, WS2812, whichever you like.

- Built-in SKADIS hooks (standard 40 mm grid)
- The internal channel conceals the LED strip and power cable
- The curved “manta ray” profile directs light downwards onto your plants
- Open ends allow heat to escape, extending the lifespan of the LEDs
- Suitable for herbs, microgreens, strawberries, peppers and any plant that needs extra light
PETG performs better if you’re using high-brightness LEDs for long periods.
