For the honor of Grayskull! This is a complete, screen-accurate 3D printable armor set and the iconic Sword of Protection. Designed for fans of the legendary Princess of Power, this set is meticulously detailed to bring the Etherian hero to life. Whether you are prepping for a convention or building a life-sized display, this kit is ready for your 3D printer.

✨ Model Description & History

This model is inspired by the classic and modern interpretations of She-Ra. It features the full chest plate with the signature sunburst emblem, winged tiara/headpiece, detailed bracers, belt with loincloth armor, and the matching greaves (shin guards).

The Sword of Protection is included as a full-scale prop, featuring the jewel setting and elegant hilt design seen in the series. Every piece of armor has been sculpted with clean lines to make post-processing a breeze and to ensure a heroic silhouette when worn.

🛠️ Functional Use & Assembly

This is a wearable cosplay set. To ensure the best fit for your specific body type, it is vital to measure yourself accurately before hitting "print."

• Sizing & Scaling: For measuring your limbs and torso to ensure a perfect fit, I highly recommend using my Cosplay Calipers Measuring Tool.
• Printing Prep: If you need to scale these pieces or cut them to fit your specific printer bed (like a Bambu Lab P1S or X1C), watch this guide: How to size, scale, cut, pin, and orient armor in Bambu Studio.
• Coloring: This model looks amazing with multi-color printing! Learn how to paint the sunburst and gems in software here: How to remesh and color prints effectively.

🧵 Recommended Materials & Supplies

To get that metallic, royal shine, material choice is everything.

• Filament: I highly recommend using SUNLU Silk Gold PLA for the trim and tiara, and SUNLU Standard White or Silver PLA for the main plates. If you want a more durable, "con-proof" version that can handle the heat of a summer convention, SUNLU PETG or ASA is my top recommendation.
• Assembly: This kit is designed to be printed in sections. For a bond that will never fail you in the heat of battle, i recommend using ARKA KRAFTPROTZ UNIVERSAL Superglue. It’s the only glue I trust for heavy-duty armor assembly!
